Hot food

Prices for Hot Buffet start at €13.75 per person and depend on your choice of dish, location of function and number of guests.  Prices are inclusive of vat, crockery, cutlery and serviettes.  Delivery to within a 15 mile radius of our kitchens in Dunnamaggin is free of charge.

Our Chicken dishes are made using diced fresh supreme of chicken coated with your choice of sauce made from fresh chicken stock

  • A la King: sweetcorn, peppers & onions in a white wine & cream sauce.
  • Coq au Vin: a rustic sauce of red wine, shallots, lardons of bacon, mushrooms & carrots.
  • Thai Style Curry: homemade green curry paste of onions, garlic, chilli's, lime leaves, & spices finished with fresh coriander.
  • Forestiere: a red wine sauce of pearl onions, wild & cultivated mushrooms.
  • Italian Style: a cream & white wine sauce with basil, Parmesan cheese & sundried tomatoes.
  • Fresh Herbs: fresh tarragon & basil in a white wine & cream sauce.
  • Gratin: diced chicken baked in a white wine veloute with fresh broccoli, topped with a gratin of breadcrumbs & aged cheddar.


Our Beef dishes are made using fresh lean diced beef coated with your choice of sauce made from fresh demi glaze:

  • Bourguignonne: a red wine sauce with mushrooms, pearl onions, carrots & diced ham.
  • Chasseur: a rich white wine sauce with shallots & mushrooms finished with tomatoes.
  • Stromboli: a rich red wine sauce of peppers, shallots & mushrooms.
  • Pepperpot Beef: tomato based sauce with red & green peppers spiced with sweet chilli's & Worcestershire sauce.
  • Blackbean Sauce: marinated strips of beef in a traditional Chinese Blackbean sauce garnished with peppers & water chestnuts.
  • Bourgeoise; a rich red wine sauce garnished with wild mushrooms, shallots & lardons of bacon.
  • Hungarian Goulash: paprika, marjoram & garlic in a rich white wine demi glaze.
  • Guinness Casserole: celery, onions, carrots & turnip in a rich sauce flavoured with Stout.
  • Meatballs: tender minced beef in a fresh tomato & herb sauce.

All are served with your choice of salads from our extensive range with new boiled potatoes OR baked potatoes OR rice
